HAD is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dynamic individual to intern within the Business Development department to provide administrative support. In this role, you will be expected to complete the following tasks:

1. providing overall administrative support;
2. Ensuring the maintenance and accessibility of records and databases;
3. Taking meeting minutes;
4. Identifying new opportunities for funding and sharing these with the relevant stakeholders;
5. Supporting the Programmes and Grants Coordinator in the implementation of projects;
6. Proofreading and contributing to the development of proposals and reports;

Supporting HAD in identifying and developing new relationships to contribute to funding targets.
