This role will see you working very closely with the design team, to write detailed product specifications, quality expectations and purchase orders and liaise with all departments to ensure projects are delivered to schedule.

Description

  • Work on a wide range of blue-chip accounts
  • Liaise with the in-house design and sales teams on product development from concept to delivery
  • Help manage an established supplier base whilst bringing on new supply routes
  • Negotiate costings and ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Write detailed product specifications, quality expectations and purchase orders
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure projects are delivered to schedule

Profile

  • Administration experience within a purchasing or buying team
  • A keen interest in consumer/promotional products
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Desire to learn and grow your buying career within retail
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, with good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
