Adecco have an exciting new opportunity to work as Customer Support Administrator with an innovative organisation near Welwyn Garden City the ideal person would have a customer support focus and good communication ability on phones and via email

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month contract available

Location: Welwyn Garden City

£14.35per hour (PAYE)

A great chance for a motivated individual with experience of speaking with customers to resolve any queries, pension experience is not required as training will be provided

What You Do

Responsible for answering and resolving calls and written correspondence to the Pensions helpline and support the creation of files and calculations for the administration teams.

  • Answering calls to the Pensions helpline ensuring the call is seen through to the point of resolution and closure
  • Supporting the Pension teams to respond to written enquires either by letter or e-mail
  • Maintaining the Altair administration system and supporting databases with all relevant information from calls and contact with colleagues
  • Understanding the SLAs for the Pension helplines and pro-actively supporting all processes to maintain compliance and minimise escalations and complaints
  • Completing quality assurance checks on both verbal and written communications from the Pension helplines
  • Providing support to the scanning and administration teams to process post, colleague option forms and requests
  • Creating ill health and death files and supporting the administration teams to complete the investigations and Calculations, where required
  • Completing short life expectancy and divorce calculations, where required
  • Providing clerical support to other members of the department, and taking the initiative to identify processes and opportunities to improve the teams knowledge and efficiencies
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
