That’s why we are looking for a Team Coordinator with a passion for supporting others and who provides first class communication. We’re looking for a hard-working, confident person who thrives on working at pace, is organised and has exceptional attention to detail.
As our Team Coordinator, you will:
- Organise and attend required team meetings and events, ensuring smooth running by drafting agendas, taking minutes, issuing minutes and chasing the status of actions.
- Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer Executive Assistant, supporting them in the administration and efficient running of the department.
- Provide overall assistance in day-to-day activities.
- Screen/manage incoming correspondence and respond to general enquiries.
- Support with payment and procurement processes.
- Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements and expenses to maximum effect.
To succeed as a Team Coordinator, you will need:
- To demonstrate discretion, diplomacy, sound judgement and personal integrity.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, be highly proficient and creative in MS Desktop packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), MS SharePoint and Outlook (mail, calendar and databases).
- Be comfortable working in and have experience of, fast paced teams and be able to deal with competing priorities from the senior leadership team and manage them effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a large team environment, developing and extending relationships.
- To act as an ambassador for Senior Leadership level positions.
