You will be required to supervise and co-ordinate the work across this countywide team. Whilst the base is SEV, this is negotiable as we are working in a hybrid way, which allows the ability to work from home or other bases as appropriate.
Confident, motivated and enthusiastic, you should be capable of demonstrating leadership, able to manage change and contribute to the planning and delivery of Business Support. Duties will include the recruitment, deployment, supervision and day to day management of staff; target setting and quality assurance of outputs as well as overseeing budgets, administrative processes and health and safety. Positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential and at least 2 years admin/clerical experience.
It is essential that the successful candidate possesses excellent ICT skills and must be able to respond well to pressure, meet deadlines, and have the ability to adhere to and implement policies and procedures, as well as analysis and streamlining processes.
