London College of Communication (LCC) are looking for an EDI Officer who is passionate about working collaboratively with colleagues to develop a culture that is fully inclusive for all.

London College of Communication’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer will lead and manage activities that enhance the EDI agenda in the College. The EDI Officer will ensure the effective delivery of high quality projects in line with the strategic priorities set by LCC and University of the Arts London.

In addition, the EDI Officer will collaborate with the College’s EDI Lead in the development of EDI strategy at LCC and set the agenda for the EDI Steering Group. The EDI Officer will minute EDI Steering Group meetings and manage the completion of all actions.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with an understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, including the Equality Act 2010.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing projects in a large or complex organisation and strong organisational skills, including experience of planning and minuting large meetings.

You will need to demonstrate substantial experience of using digital tools and online systems including MS Office. Strong communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be able to present information clearly and concisely, particularly terms and topics relating to EDI.
