We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to be part of the global corporate communications team. Reporting to the SVP marketing this role will play a pivotal part in helping develop campaigns and content to be leveraged by the demand generation and field marketing teams for both new logo acquisition and customer retention.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, of marketing campaign and content strategy that tightly aligns with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll prepare annual marketing plans, create and manage a calendar of campaigns, manage the MarComs budget and analyze the market and competitors. The role includes defining, and creating, integrated marketing campaigns to be executed by the demand generation team both centrally and in local markets across Europe and North America.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform campaign strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
  • Work closely with the demand generation team, to develop lead acquisition and nurture campaigns targeting both new prospects and existing customers, across traditional, digital, social, selected major events, webinars, account-based marketing, inbound and outbound channels.
  • Creating and managing development of all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
  • Working closely with the Demand Generation and digital team to develop online marketing activities that can work across a range of channels including social media, demand, generation, leads generation, etc.
  • Support local field marketing campaign strategy and development of campaign assets for measurable demand creation programs that deliver sale lead pipeline. Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required
  • Managing budget spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
  • Partner with product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation and field marketing teams, to ensure close alignment with the aim of ensuring band consistency and increase in demand program effectiveness and overall revenue attainment.
  • Support the SVP Marketing in managing workflow and reporting for the marketing team, including managing workflow for in house graphic designer
  • In collaboration with corporate communications director, develop communications materials required for retain and upsell existing customers. Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence
  • Brief and manage in house design and creative agencies as part of the campaign and content development process.

Required Skills

  • The role calls for strong project management skills. This role will also the candidate to be hands on in the management and development of campaign materials and day-to-day operations.
  • The role of a marketing manager is a creative one, so it’s crucial that you present yourself as a good communicator. You will often work collaboratively with the wider global marketing and product team and be required to present your vision and ideas.
  • The role calls for a good understanding and continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors. This analysis provides the foundation for marketing campaign strategies. Ability to uncover insights around customer buying behavior and experience frm available data would be preferable.
  • Marketing Agency management including SOW development, budget tracking and project management.
  • Proficiency in developing and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
  • Strong knowledge of content development.
  • You have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level with several years’ experience in Marketing management is expected
