We are looking for a Demand Planner/Supply Chain Planner to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic and Bulldog Skincare for Men… just to name a few!).

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the total market forecasts within their assigned Region (standard and promotional forecast).The responsibility to develop and maintain statistical forecasts in MANUGISTICS will lie with the wider area team, but they you will have direct responsibility to gather and challenge local market intelligence, input the market intelligence into MANUGISTICS and understand and maintain cannibalization effects ensuring the right level of communication with the Area team to get the best possible total market forecast. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
Coordinate the forecast requirements for co-packing & co-packaging
Support Customer Service (CS) by providing demand information for CS pro-actively to support delivery to customers.
Follow up on market/hub SLOBs process.
Promotional forecast on finish goods and displays
Information regarding distribution gains and losses, new product launch, Neilson data etc
Analyse and support a closed feedback loop with sales and marketing monthly on market intelligence.
Manage distributors in assigned geographical area: gather updated forecast per month and track sales Vs fcst.
Support CE distributors and other business within the Hub.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have some Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and analytical experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail Company.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally degree level educated
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Manuistic and Power BI – desired
- Team player with strong improvement focus
- Ability to work within varied cultural teams.
- Collaborative minded and strong communicator
