We have an opportunity for someone to join our friendly Exams Technology team as a Programme Officer, where you will have the opportunity to be encouraged and developed in your role.

About The Role

You will be responsible for all the administrative elements of our transformation programmes. This ranges from arranging and minute-ing meetings, co-ordinating presentation materials to compliance, procurement and fiscal elements.

You will support all the key communication aspects of all the work, creating and maintaining collaboration spaces and promoting the work and outcomes that the programmes deliver.

The role reports to our Customer and Technology Programme Lead and has a highly varied nature due to the initiatives, projects and activities the programmes encompass.

We embrace hybrid working, so you will work a mixture from home and from our state of the art office, near to Cambridge Train Station. This role is full-time, however we will consider part-time (80%) for the right candidate. The role is anticipated to spend 40-60% of the working week based in the Cambridge office collaborating with the many colleagues.

About You

This role requires someone who is highly methodical and relishes the responsibility of efficient processes and producing accurate documents. You are diligent about following a process through without supervision and to deadlines, making process improvements where needed.

The role encompasses a varied workload with both internal colleagues and external partners – you enjoy the team environment, however focus on sole work when the high attention to detail requires.
