Key Accountabilities
Repair and perform maintenance on a wide variety of equipment (production machines and process equipment), using strong troubleshooting skills in the following areas:
CNC Machine tools (example: Grinders, Gear Cutters, Boring Bars, Milling Machines, Lathes, Drill Presses)
PLC’S (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc)
Heat Treat process control
AC/DC variable speed drives and motors
Additional duties to include installing conduit and wiring for equipment, and project work.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Electrician role within a manufacturing environment.
Capabilities And Success Factors
Journeyman Maintenance Electrician preferred.
Strong trouble shooting skills are highly preferred; candidate should be able to read the blue prints and understand what is wrong with a machine in order to effectively trouble shoot and repair.
Machine Tool electronics experience (examples: Siemens controls, Allen-Bradley controls), and experience with PLCs highly preferred.
Knowledge of AC/DC overhead cranes is highly preferred.
Prefer candidates have an understanding of Ladder Logic.
Experience working in a facility with a foundry is highly preferred.
High Voltage Experience Is Preferred.
Experience with an electrical arc furnace is desired.
Experience and expertise with running pipe and wiring, and doing construction type work is also desired.
Candidate must be technically sound, resourceful, and a quick learner.
Must have a team player attitude and be teamwork oriented.
Candidate should be a self-starter and be motivated to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
