
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with digital PCB design, including FPGA and GS/s digital-to-analog converters and analog-to-digital converters
- Experience with embedded software development
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with digital signal processing, and Verilog/low-noise power design
- RF/microwave experience
- Ability to design for signal integrity
About The Job
Google Quantum AI is building systems that can leverage quantum mechanics.
In this role, you will design control electronics, including support for interfacing to computing nodes executing the error detection algorithm, adding capability for real-time waveform updates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mixed-signal electronics for qubit control
- Design hardware for scalability and robustness
- Debug and troubleshoot cross-stack issues
- Work with scientists to add capabilities for quantum experiments
