We are now looking for a Sales Operations Director to join the existing Sales team!

About you:

  • Experience in Sales Operations roles 2+ years
  • Experience in building and managing teams (5+ people)
  • Passion and experience in setting up and optimizing processes
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong personal and cross-team communication skills
  • Stress resistance
  • Solution oriented and problem solver

What will you do:

  • Setting up processes for Sales operations team (connecting analytics, sales, production, logistics)
  • Managing Sales Operations B2B and B2C teams
  • Automation and implementation of CRM
  • Project management for ERP development
  • Planning and sales analytics team management
  • Setting up the sales team motivation system
