We are now looking for a Sales Operations Director to join the existing Sales team!
About you:
- Experience in Sales Operations roles 2+ years
- Experience in building and managing teams (5+ people)
- Passion and experience in setting up and optimizing processes
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong personal and cross-team communication skills
- Stress resistance
- Solution oriented and problem solver
What will you do:
- Setting up processes for Sales operations team (connecting analytics, sales, production, logistics)
- Managing Sales Operations B2B and B2C teams
- Automation and implementation of CRM
- Project management for ERP development
- Planning and sales analytics team management
- Setting up the sales team motivation system
