Under the supervision of the Project Manager / Director, the .Net Developer designs, modify, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.Mandatory Skill Requirements:��� Strong knowledge of the .NET framework and associated technologies.��� Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, WPF/ WCF/ MVC, IIS, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Visual Studio and related IDE.��� Knowledge of relational database systems and MS SQL databases.��� Design, code and test new Windows and Web Software applications��� Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement��� Evaluate system performance.
