Job Summary:
Under close supervision, the Scheduling Administrative Assistant will provide various office and location support activities. Identify, enhance and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided; ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.
Job Description:
- Create and maintain established record keeping systems using paper forms and computerized programs.
- Assists with and/or maintains communication with commercial team regarding order reports.
- Assists with and/or maintains company production scheduling report.
- Interface with other departments to achieve production goals and product shipment requirements.
- Work closely with the manufacturing and QA groups to communicate product status.
- Work with the scheduling team and Purchasing team on ordering and status of purchase orders
