Job Description
Individual in this position will provide diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support to the Regional Executive of Public Sector Banking and the Client Management team. Such support functions include gathering, compiling and reporting information relevant to/for the Executive and managing a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects and activities at one time. Significant multi-tasking abilities are required. Regular contact with Corporate Executives, routine high-level client contact, and frequent exposure to sensitive information. Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including
- Proactively manage the calendar of senior executive & team, anticipate necessary background material, and effectively resolve conflicts that arise in a professional manner
- Preparing management sales performance reports
- Experience in processing travel and entertainment expenses promptly and accurately. Concur experience a plus;
- Processing vendor check requests in Ariba and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Responsible for local PSB sponsorship and conference administration, which includes: registration, coordination of team attendance, sponsorship and compliance approval.
- Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.
- Communicates with the client management team to gather or convey relevant information.
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, inclusive of assisting the team in the preparation of Power Point presentations and with LOB reporting/project initiatives
- Communicate with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workday, Concur, Ariba, TechDirect, systems
- Capability of working independently with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively and under pressure and time constraints
- Exceptional problem solving skills and tenacious work ethic
- Excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking
