The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
1. Tender Purpose:
NRC Middle East Regional Office in Amman, Jordan, is soliciting bids for “Better Learning Program institutionalization Consultancy -MERO-GBU”
The 2019 regional project ‘Institutionalisation of the Better Learning Programme in the Middle East’ ended in March 2022 overall goal was to institutionalise NRC’s flagship PSS/SEL programming, known as the Better Learning Programme (BLP), across its own education responses, and to establish a solid foundation for supporting the institutionalisation of non-specialised PSS/SEL into education systems and structures across the region.
Responding to key findings and recommendations of the Scoping Paper: “Opportunities, considerations, and challenges for institutionalising the Better Learning Programme within education systems in the Middle East”, two main work streams were envisaged over the grant period, Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
2. Deadline for tender:
