Overview of position

To record all beneficiaries’ data & obtaining beneficiaries lists.

Role objectives

• Collect, sort, validate, verify & arrange relevant reports & other documents for data entry purposes.

• Receiving beneficiaries.’ data & verifying them.

• Obtain further information for uncompleted documents & beneficiaries list.

• Save & secure data entered in various protection methods & may require saving a full backup copy.

• Provide easy ways to query this data at any time.

Project reporting

This role reports to the Project Manager.

Key competencies

• At least 1 year experience in data entry.

• Proficiency in computer a& office software skills.

• Effective communication skills.

Team management

This role has no team management responsibility.
