Your duties

• You support our Project Management Office with the monthly invoicing, preperation of reports as well as the onboarding of new project members.
• You are responsible for the entire document management related to our projects.
• You independently process requests from the project teams and administer our time recording tool.

Your profile

• You are a student of economics or any other relevant field of study.
• You have already successfully completed your basic studies and are available as a working student for at least two semesters.
• Ideally you already have some experience in Project Management from another working student employment or internship.
• You are highly flexible and you can adapt to different working environments.
• You have very good communication skills in German and English which help you to professionally communicate with our project managers and product owners.
• You have solid skills with the microsoft office suite.
