We are looking for a Student Services Advisor to join the Helpzone Team, to support the Admissions and Enrolment process. Operating as part of the frontline customer facing team across the college, your role is to provide a welcoming and professional service to all, offering outstanding customer service and impartial information and advice to all students and visitors contributing to a comprehensive ‘one-stop’ Helpzone service.
Working closely with colleagues, you will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day customer enquiries to facilitate a highly effective learner journey.
