As a Solutions Product Management Intern, your role will be to support the scoping, development, and monthly releases of packaged solutions across multiple industries with a focus on improving the delivery process and guaranteeing quality of all outputs. You will work closely with the industry leads and the industry Data Scientists to ease use case qualification efforts, support quality release content, and help reinforce the delivery of Industry Solutions as Products. You will also play a key role in fuelling our roadmap planification efforts and monitoring.

What You’ll Do

  • Support different signals collection to help fuel and prioritize the solution roadmap
  • Accompany the pre-development writing of user stories and alignment on MVPs at the early stage of solutions definition
  • Review technical documentation pertaining to the initial scoping of a solution all the way to pre-release documentation
  • Propose and enforce a solutions user experience consistent with the overall goal of Business Solutions and the target persona for each solution
  • Project manage industry solutions to support their qualification, scoping, development, testing and release
  • Design a quality assessment and test framework for Industry Solutions to be used in production
  • Write user enablement materials to accompany the go to market motion of Solutions
  • Identify key metrics to determine the success of solutions ?

Who You Are

  • Masters degree, 6 months internship minimum
  • English native speaker or fully fluent required – with proficient writing level
  • Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts
  • Great project management skills, capable of orchestrating multiple projects and supporting teams in parallel
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Deep interest in data, analytics and artificial intelligence ideally 2 years of professional experience or academic exposure
  • A degree in a related technical field is a plus (e.g. BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics…)
  • Able to work with diverse teams and in engaging people
  • Open to new ideas and topics
  • Capable of acting quickly and delivering promptly
