POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Management Intern will collaborate with a mentor to learn PSC Software’s product offerings. You will engage with executive leadership and work with our Adaptive Compliance Engine™(ACE™) teams, engineers, designers, architects, and customers to engage and better understand how we build highly-scalable and highly-available cloud-based software products for the Life Sciences industry.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Work with a mentor to develop a working knowledge on internal audiences, external customers, and market facing communications
  • Work collaboratively with a mentor and product development teams to engage in the design and delivery of product capabilities that meet customer/market requirements
  • Collaborate with mentor to assist the design, prototype, configure easy-to-use solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order
  • Learn how to author & design high-quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering teammates under mentor’s leadership
  • Discover opportunities to innovate, keep up with the Life Sciences industry and regulatory trends, and compile them into product requirements
  • Be agile – Design, implement, iterate
  • Assist the Marketing and the Customer Success teams to ensure new product features and benefits are clearly communicated to customers
  • Work with a mentor to support all areas of the organization including Sales, Support, and Services

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • Demonstrated desire and drive to succeed in an enterprise application software company
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient skills in design, product development, and planning
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and whiteboarding
