Reporting to the Director of Technology, the MBA Intern, Business Analyst will work with internal business stakeholders to drive the implementation and adoption of enterprise level systems across the organization.
No two days will be the same as an MBA Intern with Bosa Properties! You will work on real-world projects in collaboration with the Executive team and leadership in each department to drive the achievement of technology related projects. This is a unique opportunity to bring your solutions and ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Gather business requirements and conduct market research to determine the best technological path forward;
- Research and identify strategic opportunities to add value to the business through the technology portfolio and improved processes;
- Prepare business proposals using data and models to present information to key stakeholders;
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical team;
- Support in communicating and training end-users on technology and assist with technology adoption.

Our Must Haves
- Currently pursuing a Master’s program in Business Administration, Technology, Computing Science, Management, or a related program;
- Experienced in gathering business requirements and translating to functional requirements;
- Knowledgeable in use cases and wireframes to assist customers with identifying business requirements and scope;
- Experienced with building business cases, providing recommendations, change management, and stakeholder management;
- Strong communication and documentation skills;
- Experienced working in agile/scrum environment;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) will be considered an asset;
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or ITIL Foundation would be an asset.
