The Key Account CRM Manager (B2B) will…
Deliver all CRM activity for our Key B2B Accounts – including e-mail, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS and other activity streams as required
Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand guidelines as well as Best Practice and that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation
Fully test and proof all campaign and ensuring that quality standards are met, and links etc. are working correctly
Ensure HTML email messaging is 100% accessible to everyone on both web and mobile.
Manage schedule of deployment to optimize user response and actively manage email lists
Understand client KPIs and ENTERTAINER business contractual obligations
Generate, report/analyze, and interpret data of CRM campaigns
Develop a close working relationship with the B2B Client Services team, offering advice and solutions on what can be operationally possible to best serve client needs
You’ll enjoy and succeed in this job if you have….
Knowledge of how to build and test HTML / CSS email templates
Experience in creating and sending large-scale email campaigns
Basic understanding of databases and segmentation
Experience with at least one campaign management system
Working knowledge of A/B testing and reporting on the same
Intermediate Excel knowledge, including reporting and creating audience lists for targeted campaigns
Ability to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution
Ability to manage your own workload in a transparent and organized manner
Experience of client facing roles, and the level of professionalism required when servicing key business accounts.
The ability to prioritize stakeholder requests accordingly
A calm, positive, flexible ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on finding solutions and constantly striving to find efficiencies in processes
Experience required
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is a plus
Attention to detail and emphasis on strict quality control to ensure integrity of work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Top quality analytical skills. Gather and analyze data to better understand our current and future customer base
The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.

SSMS / MySQL

Photoshop
Dreamweaver
MS Excel (reporting and data manipulation)
SMSGlobal
Previous hands-on experience in an app start-up is also advantage
