The Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly professional and experienced Digital Trainer to deliver high quality training and assessment to learners within all aspects of the information technology sector i.e. Apprenticeships in IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals (Wales) and aspects of the Diploma in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
Person specification
The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in IT technical and digital marketing e.g. IT, Software, Web & Telecoms. A TAQA assessor award or willing to work towards would be desirable. Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) grade C or above literacy & numeracy qualification is essential for this post.
With a proven track record of working in an IT technical environment you will have commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of the industry, including training needs.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses.
Ensure training and assessment strategies and materials are planned and accessible.
Deliver over 12 hours per week of classroom-based training consistently.
Ensure that learners work is marked with effective feedback in a timely manner.
Actively contribute to the course review process/development and implementation of actions leading to continuous improvementBenefits
