YOUR ROLE

As a dynamic and agile Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager in planning and executing international events. Fully integrated into the events production team, you will be in charge of event creation and promotion in the tech/ startup industry in the EMEA region.

Your mission includes:

•  Working alongside the Project Manager and the client to create innovative visions for hackathon events, virtual conferences, online afterwork, workshop,…
• Help plan and monitor event progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Be part of weekly calls with the client and create effective reporting
• Be an effective asset for the on-site elements management – catering, print,
• people management, and sometimes getting on the mic and hosting
• Help create reporting to promote the KPIs of the event.
