POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of People & Culture is the senior Human Resources leader. This newly created position will be an integral part of the leadership team, delivering on the CASL commitment to be a best in class employer by shaping the organizational strategy and culture while building the human resources support structure. The position develops and oversees a full range of HR programs to including talent acquisition, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, engagement, training and leadership development, compliance, human resource information systems, compensation, and benefits.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business or related field required. Master’s or MBA in a related field preferred.
· 10+ years of human resources experience to include five 5 years in an HR leadership role required.
· SHRM Senior Certified Professional or SPHR preferred.
· Ability to communicate effectively to a multilingual population.
