We support our clients by the structuring, placement and management of solutions for: • Credit Protection by transferring the risk to the insurance market • Credit Financing by assigning trade receivables to a bank or factor • Credit Management by optimizing credit management tools AU Group is currently present in 28 countries (35 offices) with policies set up in more than 70 countries Job Title: Customer Account Executive Job Purpose/Role To deal with existing clients, initiate plan and carry out policy renewal procedure and negotiate with customer. Key responsibilities • Managing existing clients portfolio by answering their daily requests • Meeting clients to renew the insurance policies • Excellent communication, negotiating and networking skills with top management and decision makers • Ability to work cross-functionally across different business processes
