The Sport Clips Manager of Campus Experience is responsible for the execution of an exceptional Team Member and Guest experience at our Worldwide Headquarters in Georgetown, TX.

The Manager of Campus Experience reports directly to the Senior Director of Training. This role is responsible for ensuring that our SCI Team Members, visiting Team Members, and all SCI Guest have an exceptional experience at our Worldwide Headquarters campus in Georgetown, TX. This includes facilities that are clean, meeting spaces that are coordinated for use, easy access to offices and other Team Members, work with all UPS/FedEx/USPS shipments/mailings and documenting all processes that relate to the Worldwide Headquarters campus experience. Assists the Events Team in managing event communication, speakers and other admin tasks as assigned. Collaborates with departments to document, revise and maintain key processes.

Key Criteria/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid relationship building skills
  • Fluency in technical and common office software
  • Understands developing and writing processes that are simple to apply and integrate
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
  • Works in the Support Center full-time
  • Dedicated to organizational skills and time management
  • Positive, supportive, and outgoing personality
  • Demonstration of organizational core values

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
