Who we’re looking for.
OhioHealth is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to shape and strategically grow our products. Our goal is to create value for the business and our consumers and to make healthcare simpler, accessible, and more affordable. Our ideal candidate is passionate about improving healthcare and has experience as a product manager leading a multi-disciplinary product team in a complex industry and large organization.
The job details.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a fast-growing team of product managers, associate product managers and interns, while also managing their own work and projects.
Perform regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching and professional development.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop ongoing training and education for team members
Develop thought leadership and build the brand reputation of Product Management at OhioHealth inside and outside of the organization
Make recommendations about organizational structure and growth for your team
Drive the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap and deliver key product outcomes for a product line connecting the dots of multiple products.
Connect dots across your products.
Partner with engineering and other IT functions, UX, analytics, marketing, operations, and clinicians to build solutions that deliver value for the organization and our consumers.
Leverage market data and customer feedback to inform and guide future product/feature development.
Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
Participate in research in testing to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement – be the customer’s advocate … always.
Leverage market data and product analytics to understand how customers use the product and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations.
Proactively manage and monitor product and operational risks (regulatory, security, operational, etc.) to prevent and/or mitigate risks to the customer and business.
Monitor and manage product schedules, scope and budget and delivering as scheduled.
Manage and coordinate across various functions ensuring that groups outside the core product team are included in the journey.
