Partners with other Recruitment Team Members to help execute end-to-end recruiting processes. Collaborates with other shared services HR Team Members to help build a high-performing HR Service Delivery Team. Supports creating and building a Recruiting Logistics Team that is focused on delivering results by seeking and responding to regular performance feedback, and helping with orientation and appropriate training of team members.
Supports the success of a high-performing shared services organization by helping to champion and drive the long-term Sutter Shared Services vision. Helps foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized. Participates in programs and in using tools in support of building a high performance culture via the standard Sutter Shared Services responsibilities (e.g. performance measurement, people development, customer relationship management, etc.).
Qualifications
Education:
- HS Diploma required.
- AA/AS degree desired.
- Basic training or education in employment laws, immigration laws, or policies desired.
Experience
- Experience with computer data entry and general office procedures is required
- Experience in recruiting logistics function is preferred
- Experience in a service delivery environment is preferred
- Experience in a health care setting is preferred
- Experience with a start-up organization is a plus
Knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge of Recruitment and Fair Recruitment Practices is preferred
- Knowledge of processes, systems or tools related to recruiting logistics, and relocation and immigration services is preferred
- Knowledge of immigration laws and policies is preferred
- Knowledge of contingent staffing procedures and systems is preferred
- Knowledge of shared services center / contact center operations and associated human resource issues and solutions is preferred
Skills
- Ability to perform day-to-day Credentialing Verification processing activities to ensure that customer priorities are met
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Strong customer services skills
- Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing and strong listening skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and working with multiple customers
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and adaptability to changing priorities and working with multiple customers
- Ability to enter data into a computer database accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and recruitment related applications such as application tracking systems
- Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information
