- Prior experience in Human Resources and Staffing within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, human resources, talent management and employment law.
- Assist in the review and update of HR policy and procedures, participate on various committees as assigned and help with data auditing and other compliance needs for business.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
