Overview

Provide fiscal support and grant/contract administrative support to the Department Manager. Apply principles of financial management to perform such functions as record keeping, auditing, analysis, budgeting, and other types of fiscal operations.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: – High School graduate or equivalent. – Minimum three (3) years of related experience in the areas of customer service, budget maintenance, expenditure control and/or fiscal analysis. Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field. – Healthcare and/or Academic Administration knowledge/experience. – Prior involvement in preparing applications for federal and non-federal funding. – Prior budget/financial and research grants/contracts experience, to include preparing for audits, reconciling accounts, and/or tracking payroll, etc.
