Responsibilities
The Storekeeper works as a team member to meet the needs for supplies and equipment at the end user department level by accurately shipping or receiving, processing and storing or forwarding to appropriate locations all incoming shipments of supplies and equipment for Legacy Hospitals.
Education
Qualifications
Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Six to twelve months experience in medical supply, inventory or distribution setting. Previous experience with warehouse, shipping and receiving preferred.
Skills
Requires ability to read, write and communicate in English, ability to do simple mathematical calculations, excellent customer service skills and ability to work in cooperation with other team members in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to operate material moving equipment. Must possess keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
