As a Front Office Associate at Property Reserve, Inc.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL

You’ll provide a full range of receptionist and administrative support to the organization. Employee is responsible for answering inquiries and obtaining information for general public, customers, vendors, visitors, coworkers, and other interested parties. This exciting position is highly visible with a great deal of interaction with all levels of the organization. The individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating multiple functions and changing priorities. This position requires an individual who is dependable, proactive, customer-service oriented, has a strong work ethic, is capable of taking ownership, and has the ability to maintain highly confidential information.

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
  • Greet persons entering establishment and determine nature and purpose of visit. Direct or escort them to specific destination
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Overall office keeping: maintain the inflow and outflow of goods; receive, sort and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; and send, receive and sort mail and other packages through various carriers
  • Coordinate meetings, business activities, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee employee break rooms to ensure clean and stocked at all times
  • Perform administrative support tasks for internal customers as needed

Qualifications

  • Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
  • High school degree or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Strong PC skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe
  • 1 – 3 years experience in a customer service role
  • Professional attitude and appearance. Enthusiastic and personable
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to the completion of assignments
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • High level of organization and time management skills, energy, and drive
  • Accuracy and attention to detail–fastidious
  • Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
