QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related department.
  • Min 2 years of HR experience preferably in technology/telecommunication sector 
  • Recruitment experience is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Desire to learn and achieve targets
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Energetic, motivated, extravert

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Actively participate in the whole recruitment process of the company
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as posting positions, cv screening and conducting competency based interviews, coordinating interviews with the managers
  • Develop and maintain effective and innovative methods to meet the recruitment needs
