QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related department.
- Min 2 years of HR experience preferably in technology/telecommunication sector
- Recruitment experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Desire to learn and achieve targets
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Energetic, motivated, extravert
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively participate in the whole recruitment process of the company
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as posting positions, cv screening and conducting competency based interviews, coordinating interviews with the managers
- Develop and maintain effective and innovative methods to meet the recruitment needs
