About the vacancy
European global software engineering firm. With over 20 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.
We invite IT recruiters to join our team. You are expected to work full-time but it’s a remote job with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Searching for IT-specialists
Screening resumes, checking for compliance with the requirements of the vacancy
Communicating with the candidates and conducting the initial interview (Skype, Email, etc.).
Interaction with local HR specialists from Ukraine, Argentina, Russia, Poland, and Bulgaria
Closing vacancies
Must have
2+ years of experience in recruiting for technical vacancies
Experience in the IT industry
Fluency with recruiting channels and tools
Would be a plus
Good spoken English
Experience working remotely

The salary will be USD 1.500,00
Form of contract: Contract for the first year moving into fixed employee.
Where: Sao Paulo but via Home office (after 4 months we might open an office in Sao Paulo but it can be only part time in the office).
You will be a pioneer in building a multi-national company in Brazil. We are expecting to have more than 150 employees in the first year in the office.
