We are looking for an “IT Solution Specialist (SAP Materials Management)” to take part in Sisecam Headquarters “IT Directorate” located in Tuzla/Istanbul;
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- ·Lead and facilitate solution design workshops and business requirement gathering meetings with multi-function and multi-disciplinary participants. Participate as a key member in business process modelling initiatives
- Bridge the gap between Business processes, SAP/non-SAP technology and integration with other applications and processes. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and technology to translate business requirements into concrete, specific projects that drive measurable value to the organization and align with Sisecam IT Strategy
- Implementation, roll out and production support for relevant IT application solutions. Hands on configuration and technical design, integration and problem analysis
- Provide technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
- Analyse, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
- Manage and enhance relationships with solution providers and other external partners
- Advise business/ IT leaders as to emerging trends in the industry and suggest new ways of doing things that would facilitate greater leverage of technology
- Partner and drive partnerships with key vendors to introduce new technology
QUALIFICATIONS:
- · University degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
- Strong knowledge and experience in Purchasing, Catalog Management and Stock Management business process
- Expert on SAP MM and SAP Ariba solutions
- Preferably knowledge of SAP SRM and Celonis Process Mining
- Excellent command of English, preferably knowledge of Russian, Arabic, German
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
- Desire to continuous learning, research and development
- Customer oriented
