Animator/Motion Graphics Designer

We’re a collaborative team of 32+ creative professionals working with some of the most exciting mobile games and apps out there. We now need our capabilities to match our increasing demand, and we’re looking for an After Effects Motion Designer to step up to the challenge.

About the role:

We know that design is key to the success of user acquisition and this is why this role is essential at Miri. We are looking for someone to join our team with the primary role of designing short animated videos for our clients, purpose-built for paid marketing. We run performance marketing campaigns for some of the most exciting mobile app companies in a wide range of sectors such as gaming, education and health & fitness.

Requirements:

The Motion Designer role is extremely varied and you will be typically creating videos for our clients so the ability to create influential artwork and visual effects, communicate with different teams and work to deadlines will be key to your success.

Therefore, if you:

• Love motion design and are great at building snappy animations from scratch;
• Have solid experience working with Adobe After Effects in particular;
• As a bonus, have experience in character animation (After Effects DUIK, Unity and/or Spine);
• Have experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Enjoy being flexible and working on a variety of on projects;
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and collaborative environment;
• Have a good eye for detail and consistency;
• Are organised and used to dealing with large asset libraries;
• Would like to be exposed to the marketing strategies of some really interesting apps across Europe and North America;

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning design execution across a portfolio of clients;
• Creating start-to-finish animations purpose built for App Install Ads;
• Working alongside account managers to think creatively and develop ad concepts for our clients;
• Thinking creatively and proactively on current and new ad concepts;
• Long term building of a lean and efficient creative engine.
