We are looking for a People Operations, Lead with the following superpowers:

  • Organizational Agility – You’re knowledgeable about how organisations work, and the culture of the organisation including the practices and formal and informal channels.
  • Dealing with ambiguity – You are able to critically solve complex problems and plan for the future, for yourself, your team and your company
  • Strategic Thinking – You can effectively orchestrate multiple tasks at once to accomplish goals
  • Perspective – You look towards the broadest possible view of an issue or challenge, and can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future.
  • Interpersonal Savviness – You can build rapport with people from all teams and seniority within the company and can diffuse high-tension situations comfortably.

  • Are a great people connector, conversation starter with a high level of empathy for well-being for people. More importantly introducing a safe but fun environment
  • Have a growth mindset and enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone to learn and develop, and comfortable sparring with stakeholders
  • Well seasoned in the full spectrum of People Operations including Payroll and Compliance
  • Regional experience with prior oversight in Europe and Asia including India and China
  • Love doing the right things and doing things right
