Location: High Wycombe / Remote hybrid working
Salary package: circa £75k package + 30 days hol and Excellent Benefits
Permanent, 37 hrs p/w Mon-Fri
A career enhancing opportunity has arisen in a new role as Head of our Finance Business Partnering function. Reporting to the Assistant Finance Director of Financial Services this high-profile post will work with our Executive Management Team on business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Challenging cost and performance drivers as necessary, you will advise on and deliver robust and accurate management accounting. Proactive and commercial in approach, you will focus on change and transformation as well as leading the Business Partnering Team (three Finance BP’s and 1 Management Accountant) and be responsible for producing the financial information that will enable effective decision making, ensuring VfM and financial regulatory compliance. Identifying and promoting untapped talent in the team, encouraging and supporting career development by enabling individuals to develop their careers and bring skills to other areas of the business and perform at their best.
You will take the lead in building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all budget holders and their teams. Providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of a reliable, consistent, and accurate partner-focused management information service. You will be responsible for identifying key risks to the achievement of the annual budget and making sure that appropriate measures are put in place to manage these risks
Ensuring the timely and accurate production of management accounts for the entire Group for distribution to the Executive and Group Boards and prepare timely, relevant and accurate financial information for staff who need it.
As the wider Paradigm Group goes through a period of transformation and change to achieve its new Target Operating Model this role will be central to the provision of relevant, up to date financial information while reporting against key central projects and initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Be/have
Full accountancy qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA. IPFA, CIMA) with significant post qualification experience, ideally with some in Business Partnering
Professional competence and success in complex, changing environment
Clear understanding of the regulatory framework of accounting.
Experience of implementing improvements in systems, including working with other departments and organisations to reach solutions that are effective and efficient.
Excellent PC skills including strong Microsoft Word, Power Point and advanced Excel.
Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team to achieve organisation and personal goals
Excellent written and presentational skills
