Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, identify clients’ needs, and market appropriate products.
- Call potential clients to expand the customer-based network.
- Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or other changes
- Handle policy renewals.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Sell various types of insurance such as medical, motor, property…
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies in a confidential way
- Advise clients on how to minimize risks
- Close the sales with current prospective customers
- Meet business production goals and objectives
- Provide customer support in a friendly, prompt, and accurate manner.
- Network and build business referral relationships
- Input quotes and policy renewals of customers.
- Assist and direct clients with the claim process.
Minimum requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance
- Good Arabic and English literacy
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- To Demonstrate outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Degree or higher education diploma in Business Administration is desirable
