Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, identify clients’ needs, and market appropriate products.
  2. Call potential clients to expand the customer-based network.
  3. Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or other changes 
  4. Handle policy renewals.
  5. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients  
  6. Sell various types of insurance such as medical, motor, property… 
  7. Maintain reports and records of insurance policies in a confidential way 
  8. Advise clients on how to minimize risks
  9. Close the sales with current prospective customers 
  10. Meet business production goals and objectives 
  11. Provide customer support in a friendly, prompt, and accurate manner.
  12. Network and build business referral relationships 
  13. Input quotes and policy renewals of customers.
  14. Assist and direct clients with the claim process.

 

 

Minimum requirement:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance 
  • Good Arabic and English literacy 
  • Good Computer skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills  
  • To Demonstrate outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills 
  • Degree or higher education diploma in Business Administration is desirable
