SOSi is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join a large medical support services program in Iraq supporting our U.S. Government customer. The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for Offering on-site counseling and treatment services.

• Offers on-site counseling and treatment services (to include mobile travel between sites) for work-place conflicts, transitional concerns, stress management, grief counseling, management consultations and employee coaching.
• Conducts mediations as requested or needed.
• Manages administrative aspects of Behavioral Health programs and related activities.
• Contributes to the medical facility employee health program.
• Plans and develops programs to address emergent behavior health issues.

• Required and able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).

• Holds a professional counseling and/or psychology degree at Masters Level.

• A minimum of five years of substantive experience delivering behavioral health programs.

• Be State licensed, accredited or registered to practice counseling.

• Specialty and/or experience in trauma (PTSD, Acute Traumatic Stress).

• Has and maintains current certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

• All health care providers and medical support staff must have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least six months out of the past year.
