Head of Sustainability Projects

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the annual plan for programs and development projects in accordance with the strategic plan of the organization
• Supervision of feasibility studies for investment and sustainable projects.
• Contributing to securing international funding for projects related to sustainable and qualitative projects in coordination with field offices
• Monitoring and supervising the implementation of sustainable programs and projects.
• Strengthening partnerships and cooperation with international donors and stakeholders.
• Proposing procedures and guidelines for sustainable projects and submitting them for approval and implementation.
• Monitoring the implementation of agreements for operating sustainable projects
• Preparing and reviewing reports for quality sustainable development programs and projects, including the required statistics.
• Contributing to building the capacities of field offices and implementing partners in the area of preparing and designing quality development programs and projects, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Providing and following up on the necessary permits for sustainable projects according to the established procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience in Charity organization is preferrable.
• Supervision, follow-up, and evaluation skills.
• Good knowledge of all policies, procedures, and systems related to the field of work.
• Familiarity with budget preparation methods.
• Computer skills and proficiency in applications.
• Analytical skills and ability to prepare presentations and reports.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
