We are looking for a (Senior) B2B Marketing Manager to take charge of our marketing initiatives and support the growth of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of marketing. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with different teams, particularly in partnership with our Product Management.
Tasks
- Develop annual marketing plans including lead generation, email marketing, branding, events and content marketing activities to achieve defined targets in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Independently manage and scale B2B marketing activities to support the acquisition of new B2B customers, driving growth among existing B2B clients, and minimizing customer churn.
- Collaborate with product management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, competitor and market analysis, pricing, and customer profiling.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, iterate on marketing strategies, and provide feedback to the product team.
- Encourage collaboration with the sales and tech team to support the highest level of customer satisfaction, meeting growth and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive brand awareness, generate demand for the company and its products, and enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
- Assist in annual budget proposals and ensure ongoing budget management.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with a proven track record in managing comprehensive marketing initiatives.
- Experience in the IT industry, working at a cloud provider or distributor is a significant plus.
- Experience and know-how in digital marketing is an additional asset.
- Creativity, ambition, and a results-driven attitude.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload.
- Excellent communication skills with high energy and positive attitude.
