We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Finance Transformation who possesses a transformative mindset and a proven track record in leading high-impact change initiatives within a finance function. This role will spearhead the strategic evolution of our finance operations, leveraging technology, process enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and innovation.

Tasks

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking finance transformation strategy focused on leveraging automation, robotics, and technology to revolutionize finance operations
• Project Management & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformational initiatives, ensuring successful implementation within set timelines and budgets. Act as a hands-on project manager to drive tangible outcomes
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technology teams, operational departments, and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify finance processes, embedding transformation within the broader organizational context
• Influential Leadership: Inspire and empower a cross-functional team dedicated to finance transformation. Drive buy-in from within the finance organization by demonstrating the value and impact of proposed changes
• Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change, fostering an environment where innovation and transformative thinking thrive. Guide the finance team through the adoption of new technologies and processes
• High-Volume Consumer-Facing Expertise: Leverage prior experience in a high-volume consumer-facing organization to bring insights and best practices that are applicable to our finance transformation journey
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology partners to identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge tools and systems that simplify finance processes and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Several years of progressive experience in finance transformation, ideally with a focus on automation, robotics, and technology-driven initiatives
• Demonstrated success in project management, delivering tangible results in complex transformation projects
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve organizational objectives
• Strong understanding of financial systems, process optimization, and technological innovations
• Experience in a high-volume consumer-facing industry is highly advantageous
