Your Commitment will include

• Gather and advocate for the requirements of vocational training professionals.
• Identify best practices and needs for teaching supervision and qualification procedures.
• Optimize automated data exchange based on user feedback and technical requirements.
• Regularly ensure data accuracy.
• Compile necessary data for automated exchanges.
• Maintain data quality and take action based on insights.
• Support cantonal offices in implementing new process and data standards.
• Help external users with specific queries and collaborate with CSFO application management for technical requests.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• A university degree, preferably in education or management information systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in data exchange, ideally in the education sector.
• A strong interest in IT or a willingness to familiarize yourself with management information systems methods.
• Experience in project management (preferably with HERMES methodology) or an interest in ongoing training in this area.
• Strong interest in data processing and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as being a good team player.
• Good written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and political bodies.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; Very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level); Good active and passive knowledge of English.
