What You’ll Do:

• Monitor & Reconcile: Keep a close eye on customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of receivables.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Thoroughly analyze account discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to address payment issues and gather necessary documents.
• Generate Reports: Create and reconcile detailed accounts receivable reports with precision.
• Review & Solve: Investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues, maintaining accurate financial documentation for internal control systems.
• Collaborate: Work with finance and other departments on new projects and initiatives related to accounts receivable.
• Recommend Improvements: Prepare and present evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to enhance accounts receivable processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, business economics, quantitative finance, or a Swiss federal certificate in finance and accounting.
• Experience: At least 4 years in finance and/or accounts receivable.
• Skills:
• High business and financial acumen.
• Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying data patterns and multitasking.
• Proficient in Excel formulas and functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic international environment.
• Languages: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
