Position Summary

As a Corporate Insurance Specialist, you will support the Manager of Corporate Non-Life Insurance with respect to the renewal cycle of the insurance programs.

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Insurance Specialist

• Assist in the administration of major Nestlé Group global insurance programs, including Liability, Cyber, and Property
• Handle other insurance programs and frameworks, including Construction, Fine Arts, Credit, Pension Trust Liability, and Non-Owned Aviation Liability
• Complete renewal steps such as risk data collection, renewal submissions, accuracy checks of renewal documentation issued by providers, and timely payments of insurance premiums
• Work with insurers and brokers to achieve efficient closing of renewals
• Support global and local tender processes for insurers and brokers
• Participate in the account planning of key Nestlé insurance providers, including stewardship meetings with alignment on Nestlé’s priorities

What Will Make You Successful

• Commercial apprenticeship in the insurance industry or certified Insurance Specialist or Insurance Broker or academic education in the field of economics or legal
• Between 2-4 years’ experience in an insurance related role (broker, insurer) preferably within a corporate environment
• Prior experience in accounting, finance or legal would be beneficial
• Prior experience in supporting a team with transversal responsibilities
• Experience in handling insurance programs
• Good knowledge of Liability insurance (Food & Beverage / Pharma / Life Science risks)
• Strong relationship building skills with main insurance providers (brokers / insurers)
• Agile & self-driven team-player
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, French and / German would be a plus
