Data Control Specialist – Client Onboarding

Aufgaben

Processing all account openings for private and corporate clients and clients and ensure regular and proper verification of client documents / Providing timely client analysis for private and corporate clients to ensure smooth onboarding / Ensure smooth and client friendly service delivery to all clients by supporting and working closely with relationship managers at the front desks / Ensuring compliance with global policies and guidelines as well as all related local regulatory requirements / Monitoring physical and electronic static data over the lifetime of a client and update client data with verification of clients’ signature in the database in relation to KYC and tax compliance (FATCA, QI, CRS) / Providing outstanding service to all departments of the bank and external stakeholders to ensure the best client experience / Ad hoc projects optimizing processes, products and services.

Qualifikation

KV, HF or Bachelor / Experience in a similar role reviewing complex client structures / Comply with KYC, AML and CDB 20 rules and apply general knowledge of regulatory requirements such as FATCA, QI and CRS / Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize / Enjoy administrative tasks, are trustworthy and discreet / As part of a team you support other team members / Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure / IT flair and ability to work with several specialized onboarding applications / Fluency in English and German.
