INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for an HR & Talent Intern to join our EMEA team based in Stabio (CH). You will support HR activities with a focus on talent.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO

• Start date: October 1st, 2024.
• For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
• We cannot grant that internship will lead you to a permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

What Will You Learn

You will work closely with the HR & Talent team, being responsible of:

• Supporting HR process across different teams and brands.
• Delivering HR activities collaborating with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.
• Working across different HR teams to bring to life our people agenda.
• Shadowing HR teams to learn about human resources and people management.
• Lead HR projects in the talent space (development, management, acquisition) based on our annual people goals.

How Will You Make a Difference

• You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have graduated already before in 2024 – it’s a must.
• You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
• You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
• First experience such as other internships, and extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
